Sarah Reber Realtor®
Sarah began her real estate career in property management over 20 years ago with The Caine Company in Greenville, South Carolina specializing in both residential and commercial properties. The love of the ocean and a desire to expand her knowledge and experience in multi-family property management brought Sarah to the Lowcountry of South Carolina for the first time in 1998. During that time Sarah worked with investors, learned a great deal about 1031 exchanges and fell in love with the lowcountry.
Sarah then turned her focus to commercial real estate management and brokerage, earning a South Carolina real estate license in 2001 specializing in both residential and commercial properties. From 2005-2008 Sarah managed multi-family condo conversions, facilitated the establishment of an owner’s association and sold commercial real estate in Richmond, Virginia. Her love of fishing, shrimping, golf and art in the lowcountry called Sarah back to the Charleston area. She has enjoyed living in both Sullivan’s Island and Old Mount Pleasant. Before joining RARE Charleston, Sarah worked with the teams at Luxury Land and Home and Coastal Point Real Estate.
Sarah's vast knowledge of 1031 exchanges, experience working with investors in the commercial, land and residential sectors coupled with her interest in helping retired and active professionals, families and individuals relocate to the Charleston area gives her RARE Charleston clients a unique buying experience.
Sarah attended Liberty University and is currently working towards obtaining her CCIM designation. She is a member of the Trident Association of Realtors and the Coastal Conservation Association. She enjoys playing classical piano, participating in local fishing tournaments and takes pride in donating a portion of her closed transactions to a local not-for-profit of her client's choice.
